Goat Serum

Our goat serum is obtained from pathogen-free donor herds. Each serum batch undergoes 0.2 μm filtration to ensure it is free from microbial contamination and has low endotoxin levels. The serum is rich in macromolecules, nutrients, enzymes, and hormones, making it suitable for enzyme assays and as a supplement for cell culture. It can be used to support the growth of most cell lines and primary cell cultures. Additionally, goat serum serves as a blocking buffer in immunoassays, including immunohistochemistry and immunoblotting. Heat-inactivated serum is available upon request.
