Background

GMP Bioscience™ MEM–EBSS-Premium Plus contains specialized ingredients that allow for a 30-50% decrease in FBS supplementation. Importantly, the inclusion of synthetic factors such as recombinant insulin, albumin, and transferrin improves batch-to-batch consistency by minimizing variability associated with serum. The glutamine source in MEM–EBSS-Premium Plus is L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine, which also contributes to medium stability. By reducing FBS dependence, this formulation helps lower the overall cost of cell culture workflows.

Composition

Premium Plus MEM in EBBS includes:
